In a request prepared by Windsor School of Law student Eileen Blackmore and ELC staff, the ELC requested that the Minister of Environment investigate a large amount of missing contaminated waste in Nanaimo. Eileen, who also has a background in geophysics, worked as a summer volunteer with the ELC.
