ELC Legal Director Calvin Sandborn collaborated with the Polis Project to write Peeling back the pavement: A Blueprint for Reinventing Rainwater Management in Canada’s Communities, a handbook for local governments wanting to modernize their management of stormwater. The book is based on the report Re-inventing Rainwater Management: A Strategy to Protect Health and Restore Nature in the Capital Region written and published by the ELC.
